Head of FP&A

Overview

A category-leading SaaS company is seeking a Head of FP&A to build out planning, analytics and investor reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the senior leadership team to define and execute the financial roadmap.
• Build forecasting models, scenario plans and KPI dashboards to inform board-level decisions.
• Own monthly reporting, ensuring accurate and timely numbers across the group.
• Oversee financial governance, compliance and risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Provide commercial insight into pricing, unit economics and growth strategy.

Experience

• Qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or equivalent, ideally from a scale-up or advisory background.
• Strong financial modelling, commercial analysis and strategic problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex finance to non-financial stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment.
